How long will my order take to arrive?
Most of orders are delivered within 2-3 working days, stock permitting. We do our best that all orders are delivered within forty-eight hours as ninety percent of our orders are. For urgent orders, call us on (+974) 44726447 and we will see what we can do. We always do our best for our customers.
What happens if I am not in when my delivery comes?
Our delivery service will contact you to confirm suitable time for you and will arrange in this regard, and our delivery service will call you prior to arriving to avoid such circumstances.
How much does a standard delivery cost?
If you spend 3000 QAR or more, standard shipping is free. Otherwise, for 100 QAR you can have your goods dispatched within 2 to 3 working days (Sunday to Thursday).
I need to have products delivered to me by tomorrow - is that possible?
